2. Services Offered

Tastes of Lyon offers :

• - themed "Food Tours" primarily aimed at non-French-speaking tourists. The services include guided tours and tastings of local products.
• - interactive digital maps, providing online access to a selection of food addresses, organized by categories.

3. Booking

Reservations for Food Tours and purchases of digital maps are made exclusively online via the website www.tastesoflyon.com. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

4. Pricing

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included).

• - For Food Tours, the price includes the services described in the tour description.
• - For digital maps, the price corresponds to access to the selected digital content (one or more categories, or the full map).

5. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking, via credit card or other methods indicated during the order process.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation by the client:
  • More than 48 hours before the tour date: full refund.
  • Less than 48 hours before: no refund.
• Cancellation by Tastes of Lyon: full refund or proposed rescheduling.

7. Service Modifications

Tastes of Lyon reserves the right to modify the program for reasons beyond its control (weather conditions, partner availability, etc.). In such cases, services of equivalent quality will be offered. Digital maps are digital products accessible online. Access to the map is provided via a secure link sent by email to the address used at the time of purchase. No password is required. For security reasons:

• - each access link is personal;
• - it works only once and may expire after a short period of time;
• - the client may request a new access link at any time, as many times as necessary

8. Liability

Tastes of Lyon is not responsible

• - for incidents or accidents that may occur during the service (falls, unreported food allergies, etc.). Each participant is responsible for their own safety.
• - the experience lived by the client in the establishments listed on the digital maps.

9. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Participants are responsible for informing Tastes of Lyon of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking and before the start of the tour. Tastes of Lyon cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions or food-related incidents if no prior information has been provided.

10. Image Rights

Photographs and/or videos may be taken during the Food Tours organized by Tastes of Lyon. These images may be used for promotional purposes (website, social media, brochures, etc.). By participating in the tour, you consent to the use of your image for these purposes. If you do not wish to appear in these materials, please explicitly inform us at the time of booking or before the start of the tour.

11. Intellectual Property

All content (photos, texts, itineraries) is the exclusive property of Tastes of Lyon. Any partial or total reproduction is prohibited without authorization.

12. Personal Data

Tastes of Lyon is committed to respecting the confidentiality of personal data collected and will not share it with third parties without consent.

13. Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the courts of Lyon will have jurisdiction.
