You’ll explore secret traboules, learn about silk weavers and Renaissance merchants, and taste Lyon’s most iconic specialties. Start with charcuterie and cheese paired with a regional wine in a cozy deli. Then, enjoy a warm Praluline brioche, followed by a hearty main dish in a traditional bouchon with generous portions and true local flair. End on a sweet note with the Coussin de Lyon, a chocolate marzipan treat inspired by the history of the city.
